Engineered in-house, end to end
Rhino is an engineering studio first. The RR01 is not a parts-bin kit — every major system is designed, packaged and validated in our own workshop in Kaunas, then documented so you can build it.
Chassis & structure
Aluminium monocoque, integrated roll structure and modular subframes — designed and welded in-house.
CNC machining
Billet brackets, uprights, bellcranks and chassis hardware cut to spec on our own machines.
Suspension & packaging
Double-wishbone pushrod geometry, cooling and drivetrain packaging developed from scratch.
Electronics & wiring
Power management, labelled looms and the steering-wheel display — engineered and documented.
Composite body
Original body and aero panels in GFRP and forged carbon, shaped around the engineering.
Drivetrain integration
Mid-mounted V8 mated to a dual-clutch transaxle with custom adapters, mounts and exhaust.
Nothing hidden
A kit is only as good as what you know about it. Every RR01 is fully documented — so you understand the car as well as we do.

Inside the workshop
Everything happens under one roof in Kaunas, Lithuania — design, CNC machining, welding, assembly and dispatch. Chassis are welded in-house, parts cut on our own machines, and every car is crated and shipped worldwide.
