Engineering without shortcuts.

RR01 is built as a complete mechanical system, where every decision is driven by function, safety, and repeatability.

Chassis

Structural design driven by load paths, not aesthetics.

RR01 chassis is designed around clearly defined load paths, ensuring predictable behavior under braking, cornering, and impact scenarios.

Safety systems are integrated into the structure from the start — not added later.

Key focus:

Structural rigidity

Driver cell protection

Serviceability and repeatable manufacturing

Suspension

Geometry designed for consistency.

Suspension architecture prioritizes predictable handling and mechanical grip across different setups and use cases.

Key focus:

Double wishbone geometry

Pushrod suspension

Adjustability and setup access

The build

Built by the hands that own it

The RR01 is designed for assembly, not just for driving. Every interface, tolerance and access point was considered so the build is rewarding, not a fight.

01

Fits, doesn't fight

Components are machined to fit. No forcing, no hammer, no improvising.

02

Realistic build time

A complete kit comes together in about 300 hours of hands-on assembly, on your own schedule.

03

Standard tooling

A well-equipped home workshop is enough. No proprietary jigs required.

04

Access by design

Critical components stay reachable without full disassembly cascades.

Documentation & support

Nothing hidden

Every bracket, line and fastener is documented and reachable. You build with full information and a team behind you.

Build manuals

Step-by-step guides with torque values and sequence, written for the build, not adapted from a service manual.

Builder community

A dedicated support platform where builders connect, share progress and learn together.

Engineering support

Named contacts available through your build. Ask before you start, and at every stage after.

Anatomy

Engineered, part by part

The RR01 is a complete system. Here is what goes into it, subsystem by subsystem, and why each choice was made. These are the same components you select in the configurator.

Chassis & safety

Bespoke AW6082-T6 aluminium monocoque with an integrated chromoly roll cage. Light, rigid, and engineered for predictable load paths.

Suspension

Double-wishbone, push-rod architecture on Intrax 1K2 dampers, with premium Intrax 2K2 ARC dampers available. Fully adjustable.

Brakes

A 4-piston brake system and pedal box as standard. AP Racing 6-piston brakes available on Performance Spec.

Wheels & tyres

Forged wheels (19in, 9.5J front / 11J rear) on Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres. Grip chosen for road and track.

Drivetrain

Ford Coyote 5.0L V8 (Gen 4) with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Performance intake, stainless exhaust and a motorsport fuel system available.

Steering

Electro-hydraulic power steering. Weighted for feedback and usable on the road.

Body & aerodynamics

Full GFRP bodywork and a functional aero package. Forged-carbon aero available.

Cockpit & controls

Motorsport-style steering wheel with an integrated digital display, built-in switches and paddle shift for the dual-clutch gearbox, on a carbon-fibre dashboard.

Electronics

Power management and wiring, digital rear-view camera, cooling and HVAC. Available ECU Master sensor module feeds wheel-speed and brake-pressure data.

Serviceable, globally available, and chosen so you are never tied to a single source.

Validation.

RR01 engineering decisions are validated through real world use rather than isolated testing scenarios.

The platform is evaluated under sustained load to assess structural behavior, thermal stability, and system interaction over time.

Feedback from testing informs refinement and confirmation of design intent, ensuring that solutions perform consistently in practice, not only in theory.
